Conversion report:

Very tidy bike to convert, immaculate. Made a really cool conversion but required a little bit of extra work to make a custom BB adapter (press-fit Gazelle specific) and Bling Ring required for tensioner to work.

BBS01 drives the bike nicely, and bike feels super tidy and stable to ride. good handling and with enough power to get up hills.

Conversion report:

The Yuba Kombi converted easily, with the the only challenge being fitting the large capacity battery. However the Yuba conveniently had mounting points on the under side of the down tube, so we could mount the battery under the down tube. We always drill a drain hole in the battery covers when mounting a battery upside down to allow any water to drain out.

This Yuba Kombi with the 1000 watt bafang motor created a really usable car replacement. GO anywhere with any load any distance. One of the most useful and well suited bikes for a conversion.
