Tonight and every Thursday I facilitate Hatha Yoga, meeting and practicing here in Hikuai for 3+ yrs, a small class of those ready to gently explore body wisdom, aligned movement, breath and stillness. Every class is unique as I tune in, respond and facilitate, intuitively drawing from my tool box of insights and practices gathered over a lifetime.
If you feel like trying this path it would be an honor to journey it with you.
Class begins at 5.30pm and goes to 6.45pm
Bring a mat, blanket, bolster or cushion, socks, comfy clothes. Total beginners welcomed.

Bio:
For the last 4.5 years I have focused on slowing down, getting my hands in the earth and letting go, composting what needed to be composted, transitioning into a new stage and way of life, more nourishing to my energetic flow, and to see what seeds sprout naturally from there.
Within this bubble of time I mostly paused my offering of massage and minimised my yoga offerings for more time alone in the garden, acting more spontaneously to help others out as I had time and space. I let go of the drive to build a profile, brand or business as it never felt in alignment with the shedding I was experiencing, yet I felt there was potential coming at some point to connect with those that might align with what I offer. Maybe the time has come, and with this possibility I step gently forward

8 years experience in Yoga facilitation
Qualified to guide Hatha, Restorative and Yoga Nidra from the Satyananda Lineage
More recently I completed a Yin yoga facilitator course with Stella Yoga (last year)
20+ years of massage therapy , qualified with a bachelors of Health Studies through the New Zealand College of Massage (Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy)
Currently on a Shamanic pathway, for 7 years so far, deepening into connection with Earth and the Starry Heavens and developing intuition and inner knowing, with Chalice Malcolm of Wildheart
