Congratulation ladies top effort.
Back in May, Wendy Hook, Carol Maxwell, MargaretAnn Stewart and Judy McKenzie represented Pauanui at Springfield, Rotorua. They won the Bay Of Plenty Teams Competition. Their result went forward to compete against 15 districts. Nationally, they were placed 3rd, only one stroke behind Manawatu/Wanganui (2 nd) and 2 strokes behind the winners, Aorangi.
Quite an achievement.

Heads Up Golf Cart Owners.
It has come to our attention if any juniors or adults that do not have a drivers licence, that they are not allowed to drive golf carts on Pauanui roads or reserves. This will be enforced and action taken. Sorry all it's the law.

Fun times on the golf cause.

Tuesday was a bit misty, but it didn’t stop 16 French women from playing golf, and having fun and fellowship between the 9 and 18 hole ladies. Hard luck story of the day was Bev’s Hole in One in the wrong hole on Duffer’s Doom!! Thanks, Rayleen, for your coffee and croissants at Pauanui Golf Club

Great to see enthusiastic bunch of juniors golfers taking to the course in stunning Pauanui weather for an Ambrose Junior Tournament sponsored by Pat & John Courtney. Thank you to our main man Doug Crisp putting the tournament together. Congratulation to all the winners and all that entered from Whangamata, Thames and Tairua plus our local junior members. Thank you to the players, a joy to put on the tournament for you all.
