Saturday, 12 September

Weโ€™re excited to celebrate the reopening of all 18 holes with our Spring Golf Tournament, and weโ€™d love to see you there!

This will be a fun 3-Man Ambrose event with a 10:00 am shotgun start over 18 holes.

Tournament Details:

โ€ข โ›ณ 3-Man Ambrose
โ€ข ๐Ÿ•™ 10:00 am shotgun start
โ€ข ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Two groups of three will play together.
โ€ข ๐Ÿ“Š Team handicaps are added together and divided by six.
โ€ข ๐Ÿ”ต Men play from the blue tees.
โ€ข ๐ŸŸก Ladies play from the yellow tees.
โ€ข ๐Ÿ’ฒ $60 per player.

Weโ€™ll have a fantastic prize table, plenty of laughs, and itโ€™s the perfect opportunity to get back out and enjoy all 18 holes again.

The culvert is now in place, and as you can see, this is no small job. Itโ€™s fantastic to see the progress being made as we work towards reopening all 18 holes.

๐ŸŒ‰ Progress is Happening at Lakes Resort!

Itโ€™s been a long wait, but weโ€™re excited to share that work has officially begun on rebuilding the bridge between the 17th fairway and 17th green! ๐Ÿ‘

This was never going to be a quick or easy fix. The project requires a massive culvert to be installed before the area can be rebuilt, making it a significant piece of work.

Seeing machinery on site and work underway is a huge milestone and another step towards reopening all 18 holes.

A big thank you to everyone for your patience, understanding and continued support while weโ€™ve worked through this process. We know many of you are looking forward to having the full course back in play, and so are we!

A special thank you to the team behind the scenes at Lakes Resort for all of their hard mahi. Your dedication and commitment to getting this project underway doesnโ€™t go unnoticed, and we appreciate everything youโ€™re doing to help bring the course back to its best.

Itโ€™s been a tough six months here at Lakes Resort Golf Course, with our back nine closed following the washout of the bridge on the 17th hole.
