💃 Dressage Test: L5 (2018)
🤸 Show Jumping/Cross Country: 80cm

Open to Thoroughbreds 24 months into the development of their second career.

All horses will be challenged to a Dressage Test, with the top 12 returning for a Jumping and Cross Country Course over 80cm.

Class Criteria:
• All horses must be within 24 months of their last race or 24 months from receiving their barrier certificate, race start or official barrier trial. Final entry will be approved by the NZTR.
• All horses must be registered Thoroughbreds and are to supply their microchip number and sire/dam at time of entry.
• All horses must not have competed higher than CCN95 and/or 1.10m Jumping.
• Combinations will not be eligible to compete in any other class at the show.
• Riders are restricted to 1 horse only. Riders will be given the opportunity to enter a second horse that will be on the waitlist and will enter the barrier draw if there is less than 24 combinations.
• Entries are limited to 24 only. If entries exceed 24 combinations then entries will be accepted upon a live Barrier Draw on our page “Matamata Equestrian Group” on Monday 10 March.
• The top 12 combinations in the Dressage phase will return for the Jumping element on Friday evening.
• All competition to take place on Friday 28 March 2025 during Day 1 of the Randlab Matamata Equestrian Group Horse Trial.
