We want to take this opportunity to say a MASSIVE thank you for supporting our business this year.

We celebrated our second birthday in September, and we couldn't have done this without you - our amazing candidates and our awesome clients!

However, we know that for many people, this year has been extremely challenging, and Christmas can bring additional pressures. We want to do our bit to make a difference, so every Christmas we choose a charity to donate to.

This year our charity is Chatterbox.org.nz

Chatterbox does amazing work in the community raising awareness for mental health.

Their message is simple:

Lets talk about the big things. Lets remove the stigma around talking about mental health, so it doesn't feel so hard to open up.

Every Chatterbox seat installed will provide a free counselling session to youth in Aotearoa through the support of I Am Hope Foundation NZ.

We'd love to see Chatterbox seats popping up all over Aotearoa!

This year, in recognition of your support, M2M have made a Christmas donation to this incredibly committed organisation.

It's Mental Health Awareness Week, and we all understand that life doesn't always paint a picture of sunshine and rainbows.

Over the past few weeks, the M2M team has faced a raft of personal challenges:

Sick kids (that dreaded ‘pick your kids up’ daycare call), an elderly parent having a nasty fall, illness of loved ones and the sad loss of friends who departed too soon.

We recognise that social media often portrays a selective view, focusing on successes and highlights, but rarely delving into the everyday struggles we all encounter.

Today, we're changing that narrative.
We acknowledge that we are facing our own trials right now, however we are committed to keep moving forward - be it one step at a time.

Our action plan?

Each day we put gratitude and compassion into action for our M2M team, for our whānau, our friends and community!

Lets remember that it's not just about enduring tough times; it's about how we support and uplift each other.

Together, we can weather any storm and emerge stronger on the other side.
