Been awhile postings but slowly getting back running with my ongoing annoying Achilles issue.
Today got out for the 5km park run and needed to get into some new shoes. Had these brooks Levitate 5 in the closet and have to say very nice to run in.

Pace not where I want it, but pretty happy with how I ran.

Been in Hamilton for the last few days, getting van wrapped by and then using their showroom for a pop-up shop.

Here today, until about 1pm. before slowly packing up and heading back to Wellington.

Come deal for a great deal if in the waikato.

Did some very different today, went outside for a ride and on the dirt.

Now, I just need to get out more before my race in December, and yes have entered a triathlon and be the first one in a long time.

My past few weeks of road trips and tonight, another nice sunset run in New Plymouth, then Mt Ruapahu on my way to Hamilton, and a sunset over Lake Taupo and a run in Napier the week prior.

There's nothing like tripping around the country taking in so many great views of the beautiful country I call home New Zealand.

Managed a nice run in the rain which wasn't to bad.

Got my shoes dam dirty, but when running around with a good views and keeping me company along the way, that made up for it being wet.

Nothing better though, than to finish off with a good coffee and view like this.
