To help our parties run smoothly and ensure every group receives their full booking time:

✅ You and your guest may arrive 10–15 minutes before your party start time.

❌ Arrivals earlier than 15 minutes before your booking time are not included in your party package.

If you wish to arrive earlier, general admission fees will apply for all guests entering before the allocated party arrival time.

Your party package includes access from your booked party time only and does not include additional playtime before your booking.

Casual & Part-Time Team Members - (Applicants must be 18 years or older)

Rebound Playland & Trampoline Park

Are you energetic, reliable, and enjoy working with people? We're looking for one or two enthusiastic team members aged 18 years or older to join our awesome crew at Rebound Playland & Trampoline Park.

This is a varied role where no two shifts are the same! You could be:
🏃 Supervising trampoline and play areas
🎂 Hosting birthday parties
☕ Assisting in the café
😊 Providing outstanding customer service to families
🧹 Helping keep the venue clean, safe, and running smoothly

What we're looking for:
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Confident working with children and families
✔ Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Availability on weekends and during school holidays
✔ A willingness to learn and get stuck in

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, childcare, or recreation is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided.
