Term 3 begins next week, and our preschool coaches can't wait to get started with our Little Monkeys and Monkeys!

We see many children join our preschool classes feeling a little hesitant and unsure, and can take several weeks to warm up to the environment and participate in the lesson.

Our coaches are supportive and encouraging, and meet your child where they are at. We have a set structure for the class, however we do not have a one size fits all approach - exercises can be modified to help your child feel confident and able to attempt new movements.

So many of our Little Monkeys and Monkeys experience major development in their self-confidence throughout the term, and can now execute skills and challenges that didn't seem possible in the beginning.

Whether your child continues with gymnastics or carries on to other sports and activities, our beginner preschool classes build an excellent foundation of transferable skills and strength!
