PRE SEASON NETBALL FITNESS

Join Fitness, Health & Wellness Guru, Bluebirds Club Member & owner of Functional HIIT NZ - Kāpiti Elise Niu this Sunday 2pm at Te Atiawa Netball Courts for Pre Season Fitness.

Our Bluebirds Pre-season training allows you time to spend working on your conditioning to withstand the physical demands of the long netball season. We will be working on core strength & balance & increasing your tactical skills, and improving your technical ability.

PRE SEASON TRAINING is FREE & we encourage ALL Bluebirds players & potential new players to come along.
