Monday Motivation 💪🏽

Today I was just gonna do nothing because I was making excuses in my head “I’m too tired” or “awww I can’t be bothered”. I quickly changed that mindset and remembered my goal for this challenge drank my preworkout trained my client and then did this Cardio workout. (Today’s F45 workout)

It always hard until you do it and once it’s done you feel better that you did it. It’s true when they say you feel better once you’ve done it ✅

Its amazing how you don’t realise your body gets bigger because you see yourself everyday!

The left pic people told me no your not gaining weight or you not big but you know they were just tryna not hurt my feelings 🤷🏽‍♀️ Its better just to tell me hey ya getting a little bit fatty (probably not the word haha) 💁🏽‍♀️ .

On the left I’m 80kgs 30% bodyfat and also eating ice cream at midnight 🤦🏽‍♀️ and getting Uber eats cause I was lazy to make food. On the right I’m now 73.9kg and 26% bodyfat, making sure that I meal prep on the weekend so that I have my meals ready for the week and don’t buy food, your body can do amazing things if you treat it well and feed it with nutrients and self care!

Hey if I can do it anyone can do it 💪🏽👊🏽

So nervous to post these but hey 🤷🏽‍♀️ This is my 4 week transformation/difference since starting the 8 week challenge I have dropped 3.1% body fat 🎉🎉

My next goal is to drop another 4% in the next 4 weeks 😬 let’s see how this goes 💪🏽

Week 4/8

Half way of the challenge done ✅ Week 3 post is up on my Instagram if you wanna check it out

What I found easy :
✅Working out in the gym and getting the workouts done
✅Eating all my meals on time and tried my hardest to avoid temptation
✅ I went down 3.1% body fat 🎉🎉🎉
✅Down 4kgs (my weight has been going up and down but trying to focus on the scale numbers)
✅I was able to do 10 wide grip pull-ups with 1 light band 🎉🎉 starting to gain strength back
✅Starting to see definition in my arms and legs

What I found hard:
❌Not giving up and eating my meals (there were days I just wanted to eat donuts and chocolate) 😩😩
❌Finding different meals that were quick and easy for week 5 ( I have decided the last 2 weeks of the challenge I will buy kaiora meals to make it easier and keep me strict)
❌Stay off the scale and not focus on that soley

My goal for the next 4 weeks is to drop 4% body fat and gain more strength and keep motivated 🤗🤗
