Get ready! Games Day is coming and it's unlike anything you've experience at an F45 studio before.
This is a 60-minute team workout where you and two teammates compete to accumulate as many points as possible across three dedicated zones.
Fourteen minutes to empty the tank in each zone and two and a half minutes to recover and rotate.
It's competitive. It's fun. And it's the kind of session that brings out the best in the people around you.
You’ll move through 3 dedicated workout zones, each designed to challenge you in different ways:
Zone 1 – Engine
Endurance-based cardio with synchronised movements
Zone 2 – Lift Off
Strength endurance and maximum load
Zone 3 – Hybrid AMRAP
A mix of weighted movements and cardiovascular output
