One of my favourite parts of the week is working with dancers in their 1:1 sessions — creating space for them to slow down, tune into their bodies, and build strength and awareness that truly supports their technique.

Each dancer comes in with their own story, their own way of moving, and their own goals. And that’s what I love most — tailoring the work so it meets them exactly where they are.

Georgia has been such a beautiful example of this. She brings so much openness and curiosity into every session. I’ve loved watching her discover new connections, grow her strength, and settle into her body with more confidence each week.

It’s such a privilege to support her as she develops her technique and finds more ease in her movement.
These quiet, focused sessions are where dancers build the foundations that carry them into the studio, onto the stage, and through all the big moments of their training. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of that journey. 💛

It was so lovely to be at the graduation last night. ✨
Watching the dancers on stage was such a pleasure — they’ve all grown so much this year, and it really came through in their movement and presence.

I couldn’t be more proud of the work they’ve put into their conditioning this year. The consistency, the focus, the little improvements week after week… it all adds up, and it was beautiful to see that reflected in their performance.

Congratulations to the 2nd years on their graduation — such an exciting next step for each of you. 💛

Celebrating Annabelle’s Next Chapter ✨

Big congratulations to .c.dancer.

It’s been such a privilege having her train with me here at Wairere Pilates while she’s been finishing her last year of school. I’ve genuinely loved our sessions - she always arrives with focus, calm energy, and a steady dedication to her dance conditioning.

It’s always a little bittersweet when one of my 1:1 clients move away to full-time training, but it’s also really special to see them step confidently into their next chapter.

Annabelle will be heading to in 2026, and I’m excited to see where this path takes her and how she continues to grow in her craft 🌸🩰

Last foot and lower leg session for 2026! 🩰✨

I’ve absolutely loved taking the 1st Year and Emerging group .ballet.academy for ballet conditioning this year. We enjoyed our final class of the year today, and I can’t wait to see them again after the summer holidays. They’ve all been such a joy to work with. 🤍
