An Evening of Myofascial Release & Yin Yoga
Friday 26th June | 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Join Freya for a nourishing 2-hour experience designed to release tension, unravel tight spots, and give your body and mind the reset it’s been craving.
We’ll begin with guided myofascial release using therapy balls to target common areas of tightness and restriction throughout the body. From there, we’ll melt into a slow, candlelit yin yoga practice, allowing the connective tissues to gently unwind while creating space for stillness, softness, and deep relaxation.
To close, you’ll be guided through a relaxing savasana and breathwork practice designed to support nervous system balance and leave you feeling grounded, calm, and deeply restored.
This workshop is ideal if you’re feeling tight, stressed, overworked, or simply in need of time to slow down and reconnect with your body.
