I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Pre+Postnal Coach and a busy mum of two young boys. I have always been fit and strong and in pretty good shape most of my life but during both pregnancies, I gained a considerable amount of weight and had difficult labours. After my

2nd pregnancy, I initially struggled to lose the weight that was holding me back from being my confident self, then I remembered all that I have learned and got myself moving more again and committed to my goals, with the help of the fitness community. I lost over 15kgs within 6 months, which I can tell you if no mean feat! Losing weight and getting stronger not only gave me more confidence, but I also gained more energy. Yes, some days are still a struggle, sleep deprivation is a killer. But having great friends around to support me, although with the right professional guidance and continuing to exercise and put the right fuel in my body, makes all the difference. I love getting outdoors and walking up the hills, but I also love Crossfit, lifting weights and HIIT style training. So now I want to help you!!! I offer a lot of variety, so you're always challenged. I can come to you to train you in the privacy of your own home if you prefer that. I specialised in Pelvic Floor and core strength and have a strong strong focus on this with the training I offer. No matter what your goals, I will do my upmost best to see that you achieve them and so much more! Come get outdoors with me and CRUSH IT!!

Every class is different
—and it’s so much more than just another fitness or strength & conditioning class.

There’s always intention and education behind what we’re doing.

The mobility section isn’t just a warm-up… it’s about building body awareness, moving with purpose, and setting you up for better balance and strength.

As we age
—especially through perimenopause
—things shift.
Estrogen declines, collagen becomes less elastic, joints lose some of their cushion, and inflammation can increase.

That can show up as:
• more injuries
• frozen shoulder
• tendon issues
• muscle loss
• pelvic floor dysfunction

Which is exactly why how we move matters.

We need more quality over quantity.
Move well. Rest well. Train smart.

In my classes, I bring together:
• pelvic floor health
• whole body mobilisation through the myofascial lines
• joint mobility
• balance & foot strength
• functional strength training for a stronger body and better posture

Because it’s all connected—and it all matters if we want to move well for life 💪

How do you look after your mental health?
Do you have processes? Do you ever just stop and be still?

I am a busy person! I'm a coach (part-time) and mum which is as other mums know more than a full-time job in itself and run the household. And I am grateful to have a my family and a supportive husband were I can be in a place to have this time to just STOP and recharge often. But even when I worked and studied full time, I found time to do that too.

It doesn't cost you anything to just sit in the sun, or under a tree, close your eyes and listen to the word around you in stillness, or read a book and just leave the washing for a day, binge watch your fav shows in your pj's.

Do it, don't do it, I doesn't bother me

Do whatever you want, just make sure you're doing it for yourself!

Protect your time.

I love this! And couldn't have said it better myself. This is something I am regularly reminding my clients and myself.

You keep meaning to get back to strength training.

But the gym hour never shows up. By the time the inbox is clear or the kids are down, you're too tired to even change clothes. Another week passes. The shame spiral starts again.

You're not lazy. You're misunderstanding how muscle actually works.

Muscle isn't only built at the gym. It's built every time your fibers feel tension.

Here's what happens when you do 60 seconds of calf raises while brushing your teeth. Your muscle flips on a molecular switch called mTORC1. That's the build signal. Traditional weight training flips it hard and fast. But small repeated efforts throughout the day flip it too. Gentler. More often. You're trickle-feeding your body the message to stay strong.

Even better, light contractions release myokines. These are tiny molecules that lower inflammation, support metabolism, and help remodel muscle. A 30 second wall sit while your pasta cooks isn't nothing. It's a conversation with your DNA.

The simple fix is one habit. Pick something you already do every single day. Brushing your teeth. Waiting for the coffee to brew. Microwaving leftovers. Anchor one tiny movement to it. Calf raises. Counter pushups. A wall sit. That's it.

This time of year can be stressful for a lot of us and it's not helped by what's going on in the world right now!

It's a time to socialize, eat good food, and enjoy the sun 🌞 so make sure you do!

Let go of the little things, especially the things you can not control, cut yourself some slack if you fall out of your exercise routine and don't go as hard as you normally would, and maybe eat a little too much. Just rein it in before it gets out of hand and a few days turns into two weeks and you're now starting to create bad habits.

Get some sunshine, good sleep, laugh, play, the movement you enjoy, eat the food you enjoy, and be in company you enjoy.
