A little snippet from class last week 🎥
Big thanks to my lovely camera woman for capturing part of our mobility work.
Every class is different
—and it’s so much more than just another fitness or strength & conditioning class.
There’s always intention and education behind what we’re doing.
The mobility section isn’t just a warm-up… it’s about building body awareness, moving with purpose, and setting you up for better balance and strength.
As we age
—especially through perimenopause
—things shift.
Estrogen declines, collagen becomes less elastic, joints lose some of their cushion, and inflammation can increase.
That can show up as:
• more injuries
• frozen shoulder
• tendon issues
• muscle loss
• pelvic floor dysfunction
Which is exactly why how we move matters.
We need more quality over quantity.
Move well. Rest well. Train smart.
In my classes, I bring together:
• pelvic floor health
• whole body mobilisation through the myofascial lines
• joint mobility
• balance & foot strength
• functional strength training for a stronger body and better posture
Because it’s all connected—and it all matters if we want to move well for life 💪
