Another visual transformation that is insane already (we ain’t done, she’s got more to come! 😌). Yet not coming close to the mentality wins behind the scenes… Confidence, control, drive, and performance! All have been consistently on the up.
A solid food plan is going to fuel you right and see you excel in literally everything you’re aiming to achieve. But it doesn’t come without the work. Putting the steps In play brick by brick and showing up daily, especially on the ones we don’t want to. That’s what banks the win. And that’s exactly why she’s getting it! ✊🏼 asf Miss! Never shy of a challenge, not once has she lacked effort. It’s been run it straight! Since day one and the results are clearly hella impressive! The chick ain’t nearly done but literally walks into the nutrition and training game like a pro! So from me? Without a doubt it’s been one heck of a journey juggling preferences, life’s hurdles, the standard and sometimes more aggressive pressure of a deficit. As well as a very no bs coach who’s been a lot of fun on his direct delivery 😃😂 But no s**t, one of this year’s very best wins as your resilience and effort have been next to none. Which is exactly why your wins visually and behind the scenes 100% respect that. I appreciate the honesty since day one and have massive respect for you after seeing you keen and eager to tackle each new reshaped plan, route, and challenge we’ve set to win… You’re going to get whatever you set out to achieve Kendall, without a doubt! A strong asf woman for sure! 😤✊🏼 to the next!

Diet currently set at 1800 cals.
1 x Ascend fav burger meal per week.
1 x free to choose cheat meal per week.
3-4 options on average per meal daily.
Not a strict clean food plan. Currently having options including breads, chocolate, fruits, optional subway or sushi limited, the works. While maintaining dominant protein intake and wholefood as priority overall.

Clare’s killed it since day one! The level ups mentally and physically have not stopped. Fat loss + muscle gain typically gets harder as you go. With less to burn as you get lower and new pbs to reach higher and higher in each lift. Yet with us, our results have been coming in easier the longer we work. Meaning the personal development with understanding and applying food AND, that consistent growth and effort in training is on form!

Came in to tear the game up and it’s exactly what we’re doing. We haven’t played an easy plan or a perfect ex*****on but we also haven’t played any less than our best. When you do? The constant progress is typically just like this, massive changes at a fast rate.
We have put a very solid plan in place to support hunger levels and performance to the highest standard possible while in an aggressive deficit. This is key when wanting to lose weight fast. Most will look for ways they can continue to eat all the foods they love and yeah, you can lose weight eating whatever you want, so it is possible. But if you’re wanting those results at a rapid rate? You’re going to want to structure a plan dominant in foods that leave you feeling fed, that support energy output, and maintain positive hormonal production as long as you can. That is where we start to eat more for purpose than preference. Do this for a short period of time, achieve the results fast enough to maintain motivation and patience. THEN, go back to a plan that is heavy in the food you love to keep what you’ve earned… a much easier plan to maintain with a lot of flexibility. This is what we’re doing here and the man’s killing it so far! 💯✊🏼
