If you've been part of this community for a while, you already know Laura's journey has been something truly special to witness. her transformation has been nothing short of incredible. Not just physically (though wow 👀), but the way she carries herself, the confidence she walks in with, and the fact that she's now one of the FIRST one to put her hand up for the next big challenge. 🙌 And now she has influenced Ethan and her whole family to get into the gym & live a healthier life. Getting ready for Hyrox World Champs or Sydney? Or just want to come train with some of NZ’s best and soak up everything they know?

Kane and Estelle will be training right alongside you all weekend. Same sessions, same work. We will share all our tips & tricks and you’ll pick things up along the way but honestly this is more about getting a small group of good people together to train hard, connect, and have a bloody good time.

If most of your training in Hyrox has been solo, come meet your people.

We’ll be eating together, hanging out, and you’ll have plenty of time to pick the brains of two of NZ’s top Hyrox athletes. It’s a full weekend, not just a workout.

A few things to know:
Limited to 25 athletes. All levels welcome - everything can be done at your own pace. All we ask is a good attitude and that you give it everything you’ve got.

We’ve kept the cost as low as we can $90 for the whole weekend covers snacks, post-session choccy milk (of course) and a videographer who’ll be capturing photos and video of everyone across the weekend.

Like energy finds like energy 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽🤩 and our first Hybrid Open was all about that!

100 athletes from local gyms plus a massive crew from Gisborne showed up, threw down, and created something special.

The vibe was exactly what we hoped, supportive, inclusive, and filled with people lifting each other up no matter where they were from 👏🏻

Thank you to every one of you who contributed to such an epic day, this is what community is all about!

Round two? We’re ready 🥳
