Yesterday we held our first in-house exhibition event and honestly, what an event it was.
I’m beyond grateful to everyone who played a part. To our boxers who stepped in and showed heart, to the coaches who put in the work behind the scenes, and to those who travelled from Auckland and Whakatāne, thank you for being part of something special. And to our brothers and crew at Evolution Muay Thai down the road, much love always.
None of this happens without you.
To everyone who came through and showed support, we appreciate you. The energy, the atmosphere, the culture we’re building, it was felt all night. That’s what it’s all about.
Thank you to my uso Rich for being a great referee and keeping the fights clean and the boxers safe. To our corner, Jae and Dan for warming our boxers and preparing them for their bouts. Your efforts don’t go unnoticed and is appreciated. To our MC, Asela. Thank you for saying yes when I told you to MC for us, means a lot to me and you done a great job. And Stormy for controlling the door and making sure everyone was seated and sorted, cant thank you enough sis. 🙏
Huge thank you to Niomi at Niomis Kitchen for the food, the kai was next level. Everyone loved it.
