Here are a few simple ways to keep showing up:

Give yourself something clear to work toward. It doesn’t have to be huge, just something that keeps you moving forward.
How many times you want to show up to the gym, A Competition or Run, A PB of some sort of exercise!
Create better habits ✍🏽
Make the gym a priority in your daily routine. The less you think about it, the easier it becomes.
Find a gym buddy 🤝🏽
Accountability makes a massive difference. You’re way less likely to skip when someone’s counting on you.
Show up (even for 10 minutes) ⏳
Some days will be harder than others, that’s normal. Just getting there is the win.
Join a class 🏋🏼♂️
Switch things up, meet people, and keep training fun.
