🏃‍♀️☀️ WHAT A DIFFERENCE A WEEK MAKES! ☀️🏃‍♂️

Last week we were at Bruce Pulman Park battling the rain 🌧️💦. Fast forward one week and our runners were treated to blue skies, sunshine and beautiful conditions at Moire Park! ☀️🌳

A huge WELL DONE to everyone who took on today’s Moire Park Trail Relay! 👏❤️🖤

There was plenty of determination, some fantastic running, great teamwork and some very impressive relay handovers. 🏃‍♀️🤝🏃‍♂️

Whether you were racing hard, supporting your teammates or simply enjoying the challenge, you all gave it your best — and that’s what it’s all about! ❤️

What a day for our runners! A huge CONGRATULATIONS to every single athlete who got out there and gave it their all. ❤️

Rain, wind and plenty of puddles couldn’t stop our team! 🌧️☔️ You showed incredible determination, courage and sportsmanship from start to finish. We are so proud of every one of you! 👏🔥

A massive thank you to our amazing parents and whānau who chipped in throughout the day — helping with set-up, pack-down, marshalling and all the jobs behind the scenes that make an event like this possible. 🙌

And a special shout-out to everyone who supported our BBQ fundraising efforts! 🌭🔥 Every contribution, big or small, helps our club continue to provide opportunities and equipment for our athletes.

It truly takes a team, and we’re incredibly grateful for the Papakura Athletics & Harrier Club community. ❤️💙

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ A little something different for the cross country crew today! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Today’s ACA Pairs Race put a fun twist on cross country racing! Instead of racing together, teammates started in opposite directions, met in the middle to swap the baton, then turned around and headed back the way they came. 🔄🏃‍♀️💨

Our crew took on a tough, hilly course and did an awesome job navigating plenty of hills along the way! ⛰️💪

Great effort, plenty of determination and a whole lot of team spirit! ❤️🖤🤍

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Huge congratulations to our amazing Papakura Athletics Club cross country athletes! 💚🖤

A fantastic day at the North Counties Cross Country Zone Championships representing Conifer Grove School!

🥇 Connor stormed home to win the Year 6 Boys race.
🥇 Chloe claimed the Year 6 Girls title with an outstanding performance.
🥈 Quinn finished an incredible 2nd in the Year 6 Girls, pushing Chloe all the way in a thrilling battle from start to finish.

Well done, Connor, Chloe, and Quinn—we can’t wait to see what you achieve next! 💚🖤👏

A huge congratulations to all of our Papakura athletes who competed at Barry Curtis Park today! It was fantastic to see everyone giving their best effort on what was a challenging course.

A special shout-out goes to our Top 10 finisher:
🌟 Connor Doran – 7th place in the Boys U12 2km with an impressive 8:29!

There were plenty of course personal bests achieved across the team today, showing the hard work at training is paying off. Whether you achieved a PB, a top placing, or simply challenged yourself to finish strong, you should all be incredibly proud of your efforts.
