Winter Rowing Training at St Georges for y12/13/Club Rowers starts Sunday May 11th 2025😎

Module 1 runs from May 11th until June 29th 2025.

Module 1 Rowing Coaching is on Sunday mornings and there will be a schedule for erg/strength conditioning for athletes to do in their own time during week.

There will be another separate Module 2 later this year in July/August 2025.
