Do I need experience to join?

No.

Palmy Weightlifting sessions are designed to support people at different stages, including those completely new to weightlifting.

You won’t be expected to “know what you’re doing.” You’ll be coached through movement patterns step by step, building strength safely and gaining confidence from the very first sessions.

Everyone starts somewhere.

You don’t need prior experience or preparation, just a willingness to learn and train well.
