COMMUNITY TIME

We recently teamed up with students from Riverdale School for a bit of sustainability and community mahi!

We headed up to Anzac Park, rolled up our sleeves and got stuck into a clean up, picking up rubbish and giving the park some Tidy Kiwi Realness and TLC.

After all the students hard mahi, we took them back to the Lido for a well earned sausage sizzle and swim!

A huge thanks to the students and teachers of Riverdale School for getting stuck in and helping us make Palmy an even more beautiful place!

ACCESS UPDATE 🚨
Please note the following upcoming changes while maintenance work is completed at Lido Gym.

GYM CLOSED: 11–14 SEPTEMBER
The gym will be completely CLOSED from:
📅 Friday 11 September at 9am
➡️ Monday 14 September at 6am
There will be NO gym access during this time, including 24-hour access, while repairs are completed to the free weights flooring.

🏋️ Alternative training options at Palmy Powerhouse – 6 Chatham Lane:
• Friday 11 September | 11am–5pm
Palmy Powerhouse will be open for Lido Gym members to train.
• Saturday 12 September | 8:30am
Functional Fitness class at Palmy Powerhouse, suitable for all fitness levels. Book through the CLM app under PPH Metcon.

🎨 24-HOUR ACCESS UNAVAILABLE: 20 SEPTEMBER–2 OCTOBER
Due to painting works, 24-hour access will be unavailable from:
📅 Sunday 20 September at 7pm
➡️ Friday 2 October at 6am
During this period, the gym will be open Monday–Friday, 6am–7pm ONLY.
❌ No access outside these hours
❌ Gym closed on weekends
❌ Gym changing rooms will also be closed during this period

Members will need to enter the facility through Pool Reception during opening hours.

Tobey Little - Pinker

Tobey has recently moved up into our squads classes and has worked incredibly hard to do this. Tobey shows up every week with a positive attitude bright energy, and is always giving 100% effort at everything he does. He has shown determination and commitment throughout his swimming journey, and it has been amazing to see the progress he has made.

Tobey is always willing to listen, take on feedback and challenge himself, even when something is difficult. His enthusiasm and positive attitude make him a pleasure to have in the pool, and he is a fantastic example of what can be achieved through hard work and perseverance.

We are so proud of how far Tobey has come and can’t wait to see what he achieves next!
