Zero600 was founded by Lisa Harrison in 2015. Lisa has over 13 years’ experience as a fully qualified NZ Army Physical Trainer, she is currently taking her passion of physical and mental well-being to another level by undertaking a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science.
