Welcome Tania Withers Tania Withers to the Women's Bodybuilding Gold Class being held for the first time ever in ICN at the AOTEAROA SOUTH PACIFIC PRO AM.

Tania walked onto the ICN stage at the Great Lake Classic in Taupo in May and instantly impressed the Judges with her muscularity. Couple that with powerful, yet feminine posing and she was a contender for the podium from the start!

We're so excited to have Tarn as part of the Gold Class.

Welcome Riko Ditmer to the Women's Bodybuilding Gold Class at the AOTEAROA SOUTH PACIFIC PRO AM.

Riko Riko Ouchi stormed the South Island Classic with a great combination of symmetry and a whole lot of muscle, takinng the Overall title. Hard to believe that was her first competition!

The Gold Class will be Riko's 2nd competition with ICN and we're looking forward to seeing her shine on stage once again.

Midge brings an impressive level of conditioning to the stage and beautiful, feminine posing. Midge joined ICN this year for the Great Lake Classic and is going all the way to the Gold Class on the Pro stage.

For our beautiful Bikini, Fitness, Swimsuit and Wellness athletes the whole season has been building to this - the accentuate_posing_academy Poser of the Year will be crowned at the Aotearoa South Pacific ProAm and we're excited!

A huge thank you to Accentuate Posing Academy for their support of ICN NZ. Their road show style Workshops have provided invaluable posing practice opportunities for women around the country and across federations. Their one on one and online sessions have enhanced posing across the motu too, adding value to the NZ bodybuilding community.

We're excited to announce that Tu Hacche Tu Hacche has entered Classic Physique Pro Competition at the AOTEAROA SOUTH PACIFIC PRO AM.

Tu put on an impressive display of posing and brought beautiful 'classic' shape to the stage at the North Island Classic earlier this year. Tu not only won the Overall Classic Physique title but earned a well deserved Pro Qualification card which he will use on Saturday 26th September in Auckland.

Henry โ€œLintensityโ€ Lin brought something special to the Hyderabad stage. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Grace, control, precision and flawless posing โ€” a true professional showcasing the craft of bodybuilding exactly as it should be seen.

Despite being in a structured off-season, Henry still looked phenomenal and carried an incredible stage presence from start to finish.

It was a privilege to welcome an ICN PRO of his calibre to the ICN INDIA: Hyderabad Deccan Uprising, not only to support his athlete, but to experience ICN INDIA firsthand and share his craft with our community.

Ms Bikini Model North Island Classic Champion and PQ Card holder Mary-Jane Knight Mary-Jane Knight will be competing in the Pro show at the Nutrition Warehouse NZ AOTEAROA SOUTH PACIFIC PRO AM in just under 2 weeks.

Mary-Jane brings a beautiful package to the stage. Lovely shape and elegant posing and at just 23 she has a bright future in Ms Bikini.

Rachel earned her Pro Qualification Card at the GLC back in May and has used the time since then to refine her impressively lean and muscular physique ready to hit the Pro stage.
