Please help spread the word so nobody turns up on the wrong day! 📣

💦 TIMETABLE CHANGES – Winter Aqua Schedule 💦

Hi everyone! Just a quick update as we head into our winter timetable starting next week.

Unfortunately, due to an instructor shortage, the Tuesday & Thursday 9am Aqua classes will no longer be running.

But don’t worry — you’re not getting rid of me that easily! 😄
From next week (and every week), I’ll be running Aqua HIIT every Friday at 9am 💪💦

Here’s what your updated 9am lineup looks like:

✔️ Monday: Aqua Fusion with Linda
✔️ Wednesday: Aqua Aerobics with Marie
✔️ Friday: Aqua HIIT with me

👉 Good news — there are no changes to evening classes or Saturday 9am sessions. I'm still teaching Aqua HIIT 5.30pm Mondays & Tuesdays and Aqua Fusion (dance) 5.30pm Thursdays & Aqua Fusion the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month!

Thanks so much for your understanding and continued support — I can’t wait to see you all in the pool! 💙

Hi my aqua peeps, I’m teaching an aqua dance fundraiser class for Move Over Cancer this coming Sunday 15th March at 9am at the Lido. It’s such a great cause and I’d love to try and raise a fair bit of $$ for a cause close to my heart ❤️

Please book in the app, spread the word and bring a friend along! Lido Reception are taking bookings for those that don’t have the app.

💧 REMINDER💧

Hi everyone! Just a quick reminder about class bookings.

My aqua fitness classes are often full or waitlisted, which is fantastic to see! 🙌 However, I’ve noticed a few people booking a spot in the app and then either not attending or cancelling at the last minute.

If you’re booking a class, please only do so if you genuinely plan to come along. When spots are held and then unused, it means others on the waitlist miss out on attending the class.

If something comes up, please try to cancel your booking as early as possible so someone else can grab the spot. 👍

Thank you so much for helping keep classes fair and accessible for everyone. I really appreciate your support and can’t wait to see you in the pool! 💦😊
