We have just the thing for you, or next round of Bootcamps in Palmerston North start on the 25th of May.

Sessions continue at 5:30pm & 6:15pm on both Monday and Wednesday evenings. As well as Morning sessions on a Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30am. All located at 98 Napier Road, the Chinese Association Hall.

Choose the plan that fits you:
-Unlimited sessions: $145 for 6 weeks
-Twice a week: $115 for 6 weeks
-Once a week: $65 for 6 weeks
-Or sign up with our couples pack. Join with your spouse, a mate ..anyone! For $200 total.
-Payment options are available, send us a message.

Can you believe we're about to enter our Winter Rounds of Bootcamp already? Yes you read that right, Winter, but you know what that means… It’s the best time to start on your summer goals.

The next 6 week rounds of Feilding Bootcamp starts on the 26th of May.
Our two streams of Foundation Sessions continue at both 5:20pm & 7:00pm. These sessions are perfect for those starting their fitness journey, with a focus on mastering movement and form at a slightly slower pace.

Sessions will be held at the Feilding Guide and Scout Hall (152 Manchester Street)
Tuesday and Friday Evenings
Foundations Bootcamp: 5:20pm & 7:00pm
Bootcamp+: 6:00pm
Starting May 26th.
Pricing Options:
-12 sessions (over the 6 weeks)
Foundations Bootcamp: $90
Bootcamp+: $115
-We also offer a 1 session per week option for $65 (covering 6 total sessions) for if you're limited on time or can only make one session per week.

Beginners Bootcamp will continue in 2026, the only change is the name! Going forward these sessions will be known as our foundation bootcamp sessions. These are perfect for those starting out with their fitness journey, where we focus on mastering movement and form.
