A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along last night and got behind the Trent James Fundraiser!

What a fantastic night of great company, plenty of laughs, generous bidding and incredible support for Trent and his journey to the 2026 BRISCA World Final in the UK.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all of the businesses, sponsors, supporters and individuals who donated auction items, placed bids and helped make the night such a success. Your generosity has been outstanding.

A special thank you to Speedway Garage for hosting us and providing the perfect venue for the evening. We certainly appreciate you getting behind the event!

The evening was an amazing effort and a fantastic reflection of the support within our speedway community. 🏁❤️

🏁 PANTHERS + MUSTANGS KART CHALLENGE 🏁

Looking for something exciting to do this weekend? Look no further!

Get ready for an afternoon of high-speed action, friendly rivalry and plenty of fun at the Panthers + Mustangs Kart Challenge!

📅 THIS SATURDAY – 29TH AUGUST
⏰ From 3:30PM
📍 X-Karts Palmerston North – 1043 Tremaine Avenue, Palmerston North

Bring your friends, bring the family and come along for a great afternoon at X-Karts Palmerston North.

Who will take the bragging rights?

Don’t miss it – Saturday from 3:30PM! 🏁

Palmerston North Panthers & Manawatu Mustangs KART CHALLENGE UPDATE 🏁🏁

The format is as follows; 2 groups of 6 teams will race for a top 2 spot over 100 laps (this may change to more or less laps) there will also be active pit spot driver changes over these laps adding to the fun

The top 2 teams from each group will then battle it out for their final grid positions, this “battle” isn’t battled out on track another fun way will be added.

Then, once grids are sorted the final 4 teams will race for the coveted Kart trophy(which will be on display)

There will also be prizes for best dressed! Come as your favourite race car driver, racing character, checkered outfits, anything racing you can think of.

- 12x Superstock Team Drivers- Jack Miers, William Humphries, Brendon Tye, Randal Tarrant, Scott Williams, Darren Quirk, Trent James, Kyle Rowe, Justin Roberts, Mike McCarthy, Jordan Dare, Shane Mellsop

- 12x Teams, each team will consist of 5 Team Members- 1x Panther or Mustangs driver, 2x Ministock Competitors, 2x member of public

- lots of Prizes and spot prizes on the day
