Good effort from everyone! The last round of Intercity was over the weekend and our Premier Women went on to beat Tech Academy 3-0 to place 5th on the table. Premier Men placed 7th overall for their grade. An enormous amount of time and energy goes in to Intercity so well done to both teams.

🏑⛳️ VOLUNTEERS WANTED – HMI GOLF DAY | 21st JUNE

We need your help to make our biggest fundraiser of the year a huge success!

Our Hockey Manawatū Golf Day is just around the corner on Sunday 21 June at the Palmerston North Golf Club, and with a fully subscribed field and sponsored holes, we’re looking for more volunteers to help bring the day to life.
This event plays a vital role in reducing the cost of participation for our NHC teams and supporting HMI, so every helping hand makes a real difference.

We’re looking for support across a range of roles, including:
• BBQ shifts
• Par 3 challenge holes
• Evening meal service
• Bar service
• General event support

Whether you can give a few hours or a full day, your time and energy will directly support HMI and our players and help us create more affordable opportunities for our hockey community.

💚 It’s shaping up to be a fantastic day with strong backing from our community – we’d love you to be part of it.
