Central region has decided we are going to trial running termly raffles to aid in regional fundraising. The first prize we have is a MightyFist training bag, with colour of the winners choice!

Please either contact your club instructor or message our page to purchase raffle tickets.

$5 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20. Raffle to be drawn either 24th of October or once all tickets are sold.

Thanks for everyone who braved the cold and the dark before class tonight to help me along in my fitness journey. Despite being lapped by the young ones a few times it was still very motivating.

Congratulations to Guardians 1st Dan, Miss Gina Oliver, who entered the Face of Beauty international pageant last weekend.

It was her first pageant and has spent a lot of time fundraising for charities and community service work.

All the work has paid off and she was awarded the title of Miss World Peace NZ 2025!

She will be heading overseas later this year to represent NZ on the world stage.

We're all very proud of her and looking forward to seeing how far she goes.

Fantastic night taking on the TKD500 tonight.
Great effort from all our teams:
'Potato squad', 'fast & furious', 'black & blue & white', and especially our minis team 'we're cooked up' taking on the full 500.

Thanks to our guests from Tiger TKD and SCTA for joining in the fun and to Miss Gina for organizing us all.
