Studio DKP DKP is a ballroom dance studio for competitors and medalists.

Ballroom dancing covers three style’s of dance:
Ballroom (Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz and Quickstep)
Latin American (Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble and Jive)
New Vogue (Sequence dancing only danced in NZ and Australia)
The studio is affiliated with the New Zealand Federation of Teachers of Dance (NZFDT) and the Society of Australasian Teachers of Dancing New Zealand (SATD). We operat

e out of a number of venues across Hamilton and Waihi and are associated with our ‘sister studio’ The Beat in Auckland.

Join us as we celebrate Matariki with an evening of dance, connection, and community.

Enjoy a showcase of diverse dance styles, featuring performances from NZ Ballroom Champions and dances from - including Highland dance, ballet and lyrical!

The evening will conclude with a social dance, where everyone is welcome to join the celebration.

Whether you’re a dancer, supporter, family member, or want to try something new, we’d love to see you there.
