Studio DKP DKP is a ballroom dance studio for competitors and medalists.

Ballroom dancing covers three style’s of dance:
Ballroom (Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz and Quickstep)
Latin American (Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble and Jive)
New Vogue (Sequence dancing only danced in NZ and Australia)
The studio is affiliated with the New Zealand Federation of Teachers of Dance (NZFDT) and the Society of Australasian Teachers of Dancing New Zealand (SATD). We operat

e out of a number of venues across Hamilton and Waihi and are associated with our ‘sister studio’ The Beat in Auckland.

🏀💃 Dancing With Your Stars ✨

What a fantastic evening!

Tonight we had the players and some of their sponsors visit the studio and step off the court and onto the dance floor for a night of Cha Cha, connection, and plenty of smiles and laughs.

It took a few minutes for everyone to come out of their shells... but once they did, the smiles said it all.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and embraced something a little different. It's amazing what can happen when people step outside their comfort zones and simply enjoy the moment together.

Here's to building relationships, strengthening our community, and creating memories that go far beyond basketball.
