this session is designed for beginners, or anyone wanting to build a deeper understanding of yoga beyond the poses
we’ll explore the origins of yoga, the relationship between movement and breath, and the benefits of a consistent practice. you’ll be guided through a simple, beginner-friendly sequence, along with accessible breathing techniques and an introduction to meditation
you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what yoga is, the different class styles available, and how they may support you — and most importantly, feel more confident stepping into a group class
there will be space for questions throughout, and you’ll take away practical tools you can return to at any time
