ruby will be taking over our friday 5.30pm class each week.

both lorna and ruby have been part of our community for years now, so it’s really special to see them step into teaching roles and share their practice with you all. we’d love for you to come along, say hi and support them as they settle into their new classes x

together we’ll move through a complete practice of mantra, kriyā, prāṇāyāma, meditation and āsana.

join georgia for a traditional 108 sun salutations practice to mark the winter solstice.

together we’ll move through 108 rounds of sūrya namaskār, using breath and movement to build heat in the body and steady the mind.

the practice will move at an accessible pace, with plenty of opportunities to rest along the way.

mat pilates is coming to satya next month ⋆｡𖦹

while yoga emphasises breath, meditation, flexibility, and mindful movement rooted in yogic philosophy, pilates offers a more targeted approach to strength, stability, posture, and muscular endurance.

together, they cultivate a balanced movement practice that supports both mobility, nervous system regulation and strength.

our pilates classes will be open level, combining traditional mat pilates principles and repertoire with a more contemporary and accessible approach to the method. expect a fun and engaging workout in a supportive environment.

Join us for an evening of stillness and deep relaxation.

This sound bath and meditation offers space to slow down, soften the body, and settle the mind. Through gentle guidance, breath awareness, and the vibration of crystal singing bowls, you’ll be supported into a deeply relaxed state.

In this session, we’ll explore the 7 chakra system as it is understood in traditional yoga. You’ll be guided to bring awareness to different points within the body, supporting balance and a deeper connection to your meditation and relaxation practice.

Held on Saturday 24 May, 4:00–5:30pm.
No experience is needed. This session is open to everyone.

we’ll explore the origins of yoga, the relationship between movement and breath, and the benefits of a consistent practice. you’ll be guided through a simple, beginner-friendly sequence, along with accessible breathing techniques and an introduction to meditation

you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what yoga is, the different class styles available, and how they may support you — and most importantly, feel more confident stepping into a group class

there will be space for questions throughout, and you’ll take away practical tools you can return to at any time
