Our next Mates Week is coming up in less than 2 weeks 🚨

What is Mates Week?
We hold one of these at the end of each of our training cycles, it’s a chance for new members to get started with us right at the beginning of our next phase of training.

During this week the intensity is a bit lower, we spend even more time focusing on technique so that we can hit the ground running in our next training cycle.
