Now that we are rolling round into some nice weather Billy and myself (Pete) thought it would be a great idea to get outdoors and active again. This led to the birth of Fitcamp.

Sessions will be;
6-645 am Monday and Wednesday.
With gym programs for a range of goals and ongoing Nutritional guidance for the duration of the 4 week and random goodie giveaways thanks to our sponsors Nutrition Systems and Export Meat Warehouse Palmerston North all for just $99

An additional $60 for none members to cover the memberships and access to the gym for the duration of the 4 weeks.

Our Sunday school is optional to learn some more advanced techniques however is suitable for beginners or more advanced. This would be an additional $15 per session.

Starting 15th October, that's only 10 days away and with limited spots you better get in quick!!!!!
