Some things from the Bible about Olive oil, Lemon, and honey:

Olive oil:
Olives are mentioned at least 80 times in the Bible. To mention a few;
Psalm 52:8 "But I shall be like a green olive tree in the House of God. I trust in the steadfast love of God forever and ever."
Hosea 14:6 "His shoots shall spread out; his beauty be like the olives..."
And olive oil is used to declare an anointing. Even certain structures mentioned in the Bible were said to be made of Olive trees.

Lemons:
The lemon tree is largely considered as a symbol of hope by the early Christians. The lemon tree gave them hope for the future and other things that lie ahead of them in life and other involvement in general.

Honey:
God's Word is compared to honey from a honeycomb to show its sweetness. Honey most often symbolizes abundance and prosperity. ... Honey is a luxury and a delicacy, a product of the Promised Land that showed God's abundant provision for his people. The sweetness of honey is used in the Bible as a metaphor for delight.
