Term 2, 2026 is just around the corner and it’s a big one, running for 11 weeks!

Class days and times will remain the same as last term, and bookings are now open.

Happy New Year! I hope you all had a fab summer break.

I've missed doing Pilates with you all and I'm really looking forward to getting back into it.

Term 1 2026 will run for 9 weeks and term fees are once again on offer. Classes will be online for booking on Monday 19th January from 10am.

The Pilates schedule will remain the same as last term:

Monday
• 7:00pm - Mat Pilates
Thursday
• 11:30am - Mat Pilates
• 1:00pm - Chair Pilates
• 4:30pm - Mat Pilates

It makes me so happy to see such awesome numbers in class, especially in winter when it’s so tempting to just stay in the warmth! But you’re showing up, moving your bodies, and that’s something to be proud of - your body will thank you for it.

Also, a little heads up, the Thursday 11.30am class was fully booked last week 🙌 so make sure you get in early to avoid missing out!
