Bringing land based animalflow movement into the water is so much fun. Finding the modifications, playing within the form you are practicing, bringing it into the water, has always excited me.
Pulling away with opposite arm_leg_ works well in water, engaging the core, activating all limbs, to connect to the floor, with all fours, threes and twos, as the water wants to float you away, lifting_stepping_kickthrough_pushback_try not to put head under_if you fall its okay_over rotate_
Fantastic for warm up wrists_hands_toes_foot_on pool floor_ always warm up and down ★
I am still learning so much, and love using this toddler pool space.

Outdoor JungleGym / Playground
Best one I have ever met, so lucky ★
You can hang, climb, walk across, step up, climb, slide, swing, balance, rock climb.

I am learning to use my shoulders and holding my own body weight.
Such fun and I like my body to be prepared for all events.

Note to all, always warm up and warm down.
With a fierce amount of determination, Stay Present.
Start hanging and walking your hand grabs above, tuck your knees up high, swing, reach, there is a moment you are hanging on one arm, stay present lock in, stay strong, tuck your knees up high, swing, continue.
Then,
Jump into pull up, go as high as you can, when lowering of your body, be super present for your arms and shoulders, go slow.
In hang position. To knee tuck, brace core, add a few twists to scissor kick, knee tuck to leg curl.
Its all just fun play for real life 😊

I always feel quite proud when I do this for myself.
Find a jungle gym near you and use it. Just Do It ★

KNEE Stretch YOGA
BEST for my KNEES
Give it a go, go as far as suits you.
Really extend out through your hand tip, and your foot tip, and through the tip top of your head.
When drawing the left foot up to your groin, press out through the left knee tip, press the right leg forward, extend through the foot tip straight.
Go as far as you can.
Routine, practice, mobility.
For me as I draw my foot up to my groin, the sensation in my knee can be much, then I just breath through the uncomfortable, and a release like no other.
BREATH, Stay PRESENT with your body, as well as letting go and enjoying the flow.
Remember to work to your ability.
Yes this has helped my knees so much.
