Big turn out at club last night, probably the lowest since 2021, we had 3 turn up last night, must have been something big going on us three weren’t aware of haha 🏸

Another good turn out last night. If your keen to come down for a friendly hit and meet great people, bring your friends! Racquets supplied if needed and first night is free. Then $6 per night 18+ and -18 is $4 per night. A good way to keep fit over the winter 🥶 Josh, Club Coach.

As we announced at Club last Monday night, our club fees will be going up due to the cost of Feather Shuttles going up. So as of Monday 29th June 2026 it will be as follows;
$6 per night for 18+yrs
$4 per night for -18yrs.

If the majority of club members want to use plastic shuttles, then we can chat about that and keep the costs at $4 over 18 and $2 under 18.

My daughter Krysta who’s 7yrs, is starting to hit the shuttle more now than less which is impressive watching her improve! She will be beating me one day. Dad you’ll have to give her a hit sometime Frank Tabley ~ Josh, Club Coach 🏸

*** CALLING ALL NEW AND CURRENT BADMINTON PLAYERS! I DECLARE THE 2026 SEASON OPEN AS FROM MONDAY 23rd FEBRUARY 2026.***

As the price of feather shuttles has gone up, we will only now use feathers for the experienced players and the new players will use plastic shuttles which work just as well. 🪶 🏸

Look forward to seeing you at the GP Hall @ 7:30pm to 9:30pm. $4 for 18+ and $2 for under 18’s per night. First night is FREE! We do supply club racquets for new people who want to try it out, but recommend you get your own once you know you want to play constantly.
