Hey Everyone
Been a while aye? Hope you are all good and well😊
Last week Weds 15th November was 1x year since my shoulder surgery. I know the plan was to get back into classes asap...but things didn't go that way and I was enjoying the time & space😊 Shoulder is primo & glad I did the surgery👍 I have to be honest that no serious fitness is being done on my behalf🤦‍♂️ Stuck in 'Chill' mode😂 Guilt did set in thinking of you all wanting Zumba & Cardio-Fit😞 but had to remind myself to lookafter me first😊

Victoria was so awesome with my recovery, especially with what she was going through (Uni Study Brain🤯) and so pleased to share she graduated at the University of Waikato last month (Oct) with a "Masters of Health, Sport and Human Performance"...You Rock Hun💪 Super proud🥰 Love you❤️

Congratulations to everyone that have found something to help keep yourself moving👏
