Hey guys,
I dont post very often because whatever you put offends some snowflake somewhere but,
It’s with great sadness i have to tell you i have contracted a terrible disease,
I have self diagnosed that i have fattymanitus, this terrible disease sneaks up on us in our 50s, once you have fattymanitus its too late so please be careful not to contract this terrible disease. You know you have fattymanitus when you look in the mirror, dont belive the hype that it’s reversible its not i have tried, you will buy a bike, a tread mill, go for walks, use the wheel barrow instead of the quad for getting jobs done round the yard, go on a diet, go on i diet 5 weeks on a diet, eat porridge for breakfast instead of a pie on way to work, walk to bakery at lunch time for a salad wrap instead of driving to KFC and they taste like s**t how do i know, trust me i know, I’m drinking bottled no sugar water instead of milk shakes and smoothies, $5 for a bottle of no sugar water its just bloody water isn’t it no sugar water comes out of a tap trust me i know, you go away for 36 hrs for lovely wk end away with the wife cycled 40ks walked 3ks round the lake, but i made a terrible mistake of cheating and having a full English breakfast so after 5 was of starving to bloody death eating s**t more exercise than a premier lg footballer, my back hurts my hips hurt my knees hurt my shoulders hurt my ankles hurt i carnt sleep
