Twilight Bowls has been postponed until next year.
Gather 3 mates. Work colleagues family and come along to enjoy yourselves playing bowls.
Have fun, BBQ and a few drinks socialising with other teams.

Last Wednesday night we held the last night of the Twilight Bowls for 2022-23.

We had 8 teams turn up and played on game to finish off the draw. Then we had a fun event, playing one bowl on the diagonal (corner to corner) this is the longest part of a bowling green. We had 5 prizes for the bowls that got closest to the different points.

A big thank you for the sponsorship over the entire competition from Otorohangs Employment Hub. It was very much appreciated.
I woul also like to thank Baily Ingham and Prescott Toyota for sponsoring $50 each for the Diagonal Event.

We have been playing for the Otorohanga Bowling Club Mayor's Challenge Trophy.

Our second to last night was a bit disappointing with the number of teams turning up to finish the competition.

The weather gods were good for us. The weather was beautiful to play bowls.

Our thanks to go Bailey Ingham, for donating the $50 for the fun event of a diagonal competition.

Every one had one bowl to see if they could get the closest to the prizes. We had $50 plus 5 other fun gifts.

One of the Bailey Inghams players won the $50 and donated it back for our last night.

On Wednesday 15th it going to be our final night for the year.

Come rain, hail, snow or sun shine, we are going to continue to finish that night. So come along to enjoy your self.

One week to go before we start Twilight Bowls on the 25th January.

I hope everyone has had a good holiday, spent time with family and friends and now are ready to finish our Competition.

Hopefully the rain will give us a break on Wednesday's.
