Coach Tony Health and Wellness Hi guys, and welcome to my page. A little big about my background. I have always struggled with my weight and from a young age I was always a "big" boy.

Firstly my name is Tony and I am currently studying at FIT College doing the Advanced Certificate in Personal Training Course. I have been through two "weight loss" journeys. When I was 20 I had lost 28kgs..... unfortunately life took over and I managed to put most of that back on. 4 Year ago I made the decision to really knuckle down and train hard, to this present day I've lost over 30kgs of

fat and am in the best shape of my life!!!! I am passionate about fitness and just want to give back the knowledge that i've acquired over my years of training. My hope and dream is to be able to motivate and inspire people to believe in themselves and to be healthy and fit. MIND BODY AND SOUL!!!! In the past couple of months I've had to really dig deep to keep going. I've had some rough times of late but I know that I'm quite a person.

This is my latest personal best.
255kg strapless. It was damn hard. Damn heavy but I did my best!
I at 260kg 3 times after this but I'm so determined to smash that number!
I know I'm not perfect, far from it. I fail like alot of people but I learn and I come back and hungrier!
I'm making a come back! I'm going to be better than my last best at the Flex 500!

I know I am not a for everyone. I will never half arse my work. When you reach out to me I give you the that I've got. Support, training, my commitment to help you plus much more.

I take my career extremely seriously. No one sees the countless hours of programming, late nights or stress that I go through, tears, sadness and lows.
I love my work. I committed to this for life nearly 6 years ago. I'm living my life's purpose, and doing my life's work. This is my legacy.

I may come across as demanding, have high expectations but one thing is for darn certain.... I do not do this for money and I never will. I will never ever push you for $ money, I will push you to commit to being the being version of you! That's the truth! I will repeat that

My methods are not always conventional, but I believe I have a solid track record and very happy clients who will back me up and support me when I say I lead by team the best I can. I may set a high example and demand the best but it is because my dream is for YOU to be not only in your & Wellness journey but in all of life.

Im a constant work in progress. I'll never stop trying to improve myself. All of my life I've been compared to others. It's very hard. It's how I was raised....

I found my calling years ago, every day I wake up I know my purpose and what I am here to do. I am a coach.

My top priority is to be a great and as best a as I can be. There's nothing more to it. No BS. I work hard my team work hard, the results get delivered.

Be that you have a chance to make a difference in the world we live in!

We get to live 1 time. And we are all going through different stages.
Last year I went to the Tony Robbins seminar in and figured out I'm in the "legacy stage". What does this mean?
For me every thing I do, I'm on how I will be remembered. How people will think of me when I'm gone one day.
It holds me to my actions, so am very tactful about what I do!

I practice what I preach and I do it with the best intentions in mind!
