Part-Time Administration Officer – Otaki Golf Club
Otaki Golf Club is seeking a part-time Administration Officer to support office administration and golf operations. The role involves working with club staff, the Club Manager, and various committees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain membership database
• Handle general admin tasks and golf-related enquiries
• Assist with clubroom operations
• Manage daily finances, including wage processing
About You:
• Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and basic tech skills
• Willing to learn; self-motivated
• Golf knowledge is a bonus
What’s Offered:
• 24 hours per week (flexible, min. 3 days onsite)
• $30–$36 per hour depending on experience
