Term 3 of our Teens Strength & Conditioning program Is happening.

This will just be very short 4 week course running at 4:30pm every Monday from the 27th of July. So if you have a teen who's keen to come try it out its a great time to sign them up for a little fun fitness.

Big Congratulations to Matua Truman for completing his 50x Classes with us!!

Truman is such kind and caring member, quietly giving others the motivation and encouragement they need during our sessions. He is a weapon on the barbell and constantly turns up every Tuesday and Thursday bringing an awesome smile and vibe with him.

Wanting to get fitter and stronger this year, but not sure where to start? This course is designed for you!!

Come down and learn our fundamental movements in a safe, friendly environment with other beginners just like yourself. No matter what your current fitness level this course is designed to teach you movements and also give you small workouts to help you slowly build your fitness.

Starting the 9th of Feb and running Mondays & Tuesday at 6:30pm for 2x weeks.

We only hold one of these per year, so come down and join our aweosme local community. Its only $40 for the 2x weeks.

Taking a moment to share some awesome memories of our mate Dan !!

Our hearts are Broken with the news of your passing.
Dan was a member with us for over a year, but more recently he had only popped in to see us a few times over the last 3months.

We will always remember those good times Dan. You put so much into your workouts and we always had a good laugh at our social events.

Our hearts go out to his family and friends 🧡 hug those close to you and check in on your mates.

Your Pull Up bar will forever be "Dan's Bar"
