20 days of fat loss and my honest truth👇🏻

I started on February 10.
Today is March 2.

It’s only been 20 days…
But it feels like so much more mentally.

Losing weight is easy.
You just eat less. Move more.

But what no one talks about…

It’s not easy to stay consistent when you’re tired.
It’s not easy to choose discipline when your body wants comfort.
It’s not easy to smile when the scale doesn’t move.
It’s not easy to fight your own thoughts.
It’s not easy to say no.
It’s not easy to keep going quietly without applause.

Some days I felt strong.
Some days I felt frustrated.
Some days I questioned myself.

But I didn’t quit.

And that’s what I’m most proud of.

This isn’t just about losing kilos.
It’s about building trust with yourself.
It’s about proving that you can do hard things.
It’s about choosing yourself every single day.

Fat loss changes your body.
But consistency changes your character.

BIG shoutout to my client & friend Natalie 🌟
Mum of two little ones, busy life — zero excuses.

In Jan 2026 she decided:
“I want visible abs, a leaner and more toned body, better energy, better sleep, and better food choices.”
And instead of waiting… she took action.

6 weeks | Jan–Feb 2026 cut
⬇️ 58 kg → 55 kg (–3 kg)
⬆️ Strength, confidence, happiness 💥

What she did — consistently:
• Trained with me 2x/week
• 1 strength session at home
• Daily walks — 1 hour minimum at 6 am (kids asleep), weighted vest on
• 1700 calories daily
• 150 g protein daily
• Meal prep on point: protein oats, chicken quiche, steak + veg, even her own healthy brownie

The result?
Leaner. More toned. Abs starting to pop. Better sleep. More energy.
But most importantly — she’s genuinely happy and in the best shape of her life.

Some journeys are extra special — and Kristy’s is one of them 🤍

I’ve known Kristy for a few years now, and I’ve seen her hard work behind the scenes. Constant check-ins, questions about meals, calories, and learning how to lose weight while still enjoying life. She trusted the process and, most importantly, she listened to the advice — focusing on daily steps, resistance training, and building habits that actually fit her lifestyle.

I created home workouts just for her, so she could train with minimal effort, no pressure, and at any time that suited her. And she showed up. Consistently.

Over this 8-Week ToneUp Challenge, Kristy lost 5 kg — but the real win is the confidence, knowledge, and routine she’s built for the long term ✨
