20 days of fat loss and my honest truth👇🏻
I started on February 10.
Today is March 2.
It’s only been 20 days…
But it feels like so much more mentally.
Losing weight is easy.
You just eat less. Move more.
But what no one talks about…
It’s not easy to stay consistent when you’re tired.
It’s not easy to choose discipline when your body wants comfort.
It’s not easy to smile when the scale doesn’t move.
It’s not easy to fight your own thoughts.
It’s not easy to say no.
It’s not easy to keep going quietly without applause.
Some days I felt strong.
Some days I felt frustrated.
Some days I questioned myself.
But I didn’t quit.
And that’s what I’m most proud of.
This isn’t just about losing kilos.
It’s about building trust with yourself.
It’s about proving that you can do hard things.
It’s about choosing yourself every single day.
Fat loss changes your body.
But consistency changes your character.
