Hi everyone. Unfortunately Kangatraining hibiscus coast is currently closed. Due to my on going health issues I’m not able to participate or instruct classes. I’m sorry for the inconvenience. If you are interested in Kangatraining classes there is an instructor in Albany or Birkenhead that are actively running classes.

Kangatraining Hibiscus coast is taking a break for term 3 and 4. I will be back in the summer holidays and term 1 with kanga on wheels so if you are keen to be apart of this I will open for enrolments half way through term 4.

Make some new mum friends who are going through similar things like sleepless nights, come and rejuvenate your self and have some fun. I’m a mum of 3 under 4 I know the struggle of just getting out the door but Kangatraining was my life line after a rough night. It can be yours as well.

6 classes left for this term if you would like to try out one of my classes first one is free. You are welcome to sign up anytime as long as your baby is over 6 weeks postnatal for natural birth and 12 weeks for c section. Classes are on a Monday and a Thursday. Message me for more information.
