I was really quiet on here after starting my fitness page. I found out I was pregnant at the same time as starting a new job, so life was pretty busy!

My job kept has kept me on my feet for a lot of the day, and I would go to the gym after. I was training the residents at work and loved keeping busy! I feel very lucky that my pregnancy has allowed me to keep moving, as I know this isn't the case for everyone.

My training has been about consistency, keeping at it and maintainig a level of fitness. I am not training to the same goals and intensities but I've kept it up. Now I am on maternity leave I am taking it easy - having daily leisurely strolls, swims and gyms.

I aim to be more active on this page eventually, and get into training others and using my qualification when I am ready and able.

For now I am waiting until this little one is ready to join us!

so there is no step challenge this month, I don't know how we are in October already?!

Let's have a great month, push yourself to get moving!! try something new!! keep up the 10k steps, walk, jog or run, dance, get to the gym, whatever works for you!

I have been having fun doing group exercise sessions with residents a work, well untill level 3 hit Hamilton this week!

how is it September already? the start of spring for us here in NZ 🌼 the end of summer for those in tne UK. the perfect time to do 10k a day for the next week, right?

i have been quiet on here as i have started my new job doing activities in a retirment village. its been great to use my qualification and have some fun!

i know some of us are still in lockdown in nz but pop a mask on and take a stroll or boogie round rhe house. lets keep moving!
