Its been about 3 years since i taught Krav Maga but so grateful my teaching can still impact people positively and save lives! Krav Maga is a mindset but also an attitude of peacefulness combined with violence!

I received this message from an ild student from Hong Kong last night and so pleased to here her son is safe and used the skills i taught.

Its also making me think i should start teaching again

What a fantastic holiday to reset a few things in my life! When i was living in Asia Thailand was my fav place to holiday but now living in NZ, i would say Fiji is the most amazing spot for a holiday!

Back to Waiheke tonight and the opening of my new gym! Also more fitness goals with less party goals! Time to get fit again and achieve some goals 💪
