SPORT NUTRITION WORKSHOP WITH ESKE πŸ’ͺ🏼

Hey team, up and coming we have a Sport Nutrition workshop we are putting together - with thanks to Elliott for pushing it through Common Ground Cambridge. It is welcome to all CG members πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ

I'm super excited about it, it’s going to be a great evening buzzing with information, reminders for some and a great chance to share knowledge and expertise with our members at Common Ground!

The topics that will be covered in the 90 minute workshop are mainly focused on Sport Supplementation and Sport specific Nutrition (think of timing pre and post), and will allow time for specific questions that our participants may have.

The aim is to expand on knowledge and help members get the best out of their training and to be able to recover as best they can also πŸ’™

The details:
- Wednesday 19th June, 6pm-7:30pm
- Cost: $39 per person
- includes a sport nutrition diary and activity log, to the value of $9.99
- 30 people max

Do you prefer to train in the morning or the evening?
> Research suggests that training in the morning may lead to better adherence to exercise routines due to fewer scheduling conflicts and lower fatigue levels compared to evening training. Plus morning workouts may enhance metabolism and mental alertness throughout the day!
But no judgement towards those who train at night, my motivation runs high at night too πŸ’ͺ
