It was lovely to meet up with our friends from the NZ Navy again for the annual Harbour race as part of the Victorian Heritage Celebrations! The weather was kind and the crews in good spirits.
The successful Ōamaru team was made up of Scott's own Sea Scouts and Masters from the Ōamaru Rowing Club - Aidan Haig, Mark Phillips, Kent Spittle, Baxter Orr, Bronwyn Judge, Jeanne Gray and Dagmar Rohrbach. Three cheers to the Sea Scouts for their team spirit and especially to the beautiful Olivia Orr for putting it all together. Very special thanks to Alasdair Sime from the NO Yacht and Power Boat Club for keeping us safe!
